This hotel is a luxurious escape that met all of our exclusive needs. From the private facilities to the special diet menus, we felt pampered and catered to throughout our stay. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff fulfilling our every request and ensuring our satisfaction. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing retreat in the heart of the city, and the location advantages were unbeatable, with easy access to top shopping and dining destinations.

Although the selection was impressive, we found the food to be somewhat repetitive and lacking in flavor.

the swimming pool, sauna and sun terrace were of the highest quality, perfect for relaxation. the restaurant and bar served delicious food and drinks, and the in-room breakfast was exceptional. Private facilities were available to cater to my exclusive needs. the hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The only negative was the lack of beach umbrellas at the outdoor swimming pool area, which made it difficult to find shade on hot days. this hotel exceeded my expectations, providing a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience.

Gym opens from 6am to 10pm, well-equipped with towels. 23rd floor room ideal for one or two people, TV, toaster, microwave, fridge. Adequate swimming pool. Breakfast included with wide variety. Second stay met expectations, early check-in provided. Fantastic location with Starbucks, 7-eleven, massage places, and currency exchange. Delicious and convenient breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from Chitlom station and one stop away from Siam BTS station, making it easy to access the Siam area and nearby malls. The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. The rooms arevery comfy and tidy, and we were even upgraded to a bigger room when we extended our stay. the hotel is close to the amazing Lumpini Park and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Duchess. The apartment was spacious, clean, and luxurious. The bed and pillows were comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The bathroom was also very large and well-appointed. The location of the hotel was perfect, in a clean and safe part of town with easy access to attractions like Chatuchak market and Lumphini park. There were plenty of shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. We were especially impressed with their assistance when I ended up in the hospital - they were very good too take care of everything, even arranging transportation. our experience at Duchess was excellent and we will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!
